CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program designed to optimize physical competence in ten recognized fitness domains: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
Sculptor Fitness added CrossFit to its line-up of classes and fitness training because we share the same underlying philosophy: training like an athlete develops the strongest, leanest, healthiest bodies to achieve peak performance and fitness.
We teach highly functional movements and execute them at a high intensity to make you stronger, faster, and leaner. Plyometric, gymnastic, power and Olympic-style weightlifting, as well as intense conditioning exercises are employed to forge elite and well-rounded athletes. We also have a cutting-edge obstacle course to increase hand-eye coordination, vertical leverage, stamina, and team cooperation for sport teams.
Beginners and more advanced fitness aficionados alike will appreciate our small class sizes and the amount of 1:1 attention available with our CrossFit trainers.
