Step 1. Schedule a free initial consultation.
Call us at (425) 222-5030 to set up your appointment.
During your 60-minute consultation, you and a trainer will discuss your goals and interests along with any health concerns or personal restrictions. You will also complete a full fitness and body composition assessment to evaluate your muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. Based on this information, your trainer will advise you on a fitness and nutrition plan specific to your goals. We design flexible training plans for many different lifestyles.
Step 2. Fill out a New Client Form.
Get a head start on your appointment. Fill out the New Client Form before your initial consultation.
Step 3. Wear workout clothes to your appointment.
Although the initial consultation won’t be a full workout, you will get a taste of your trainer’s style and approach as they walk you through different core, strength, and flexibility exercises to help assess your fitness level and inspire you to continue. We want you to leave feeling successful with a clear plan of what it will take to achieve your individual goals.
That said, expect to sweat a little.
Step 4. Schedule training and classes online.
The best part about no monthly membership fees is that you can purchase just what you plan to use, when you want. Our online scheduling and purchasing process makes it easier for you to pay as you go, or to buy in bulk for discounts. We also offer monthly payment plans.
