This intimate class will focus on using your core muscles to improve your balance, posture, lower back and abdominal muscles, as well as on toning your arms, legs, and glutes. A combination of Pilates machines, Yoga poses, bands, balls, resistance rings, and stability equipment will be used to challenge every muscle in your body.
