receive personalized attention and instruction in our small group
classes. To participate in our small group classes all you need to
do is complete the initial consultation and fitness assessment, then
purchase a group class punch card.

Class
Descriptions
The Sculptor
offers small group classes (5-10 people per instructor) that focus
on instruction and form. This is fun, affordable option for clients
seeking personalized attention & coaching. We offer several
permanent Classes offered Year Round along with Seasonal (Fall
Winter Spring Summer) Specialty Classes.
For your safety
& success, all New Clients must schedule a fitness assessment with a
trainer prior to starting a class.
Core Strengthening & Stretch
Joga:
Breath, stretch, and
strengthen — all the benefits of yoga...Joe style. Joe has
formulated a stretching program that will strengthen you in an
extended range of motion using isometric contractions. You will
increase your flexibility, stabilize your ligaments & tendons, and
decompress with deep breathing. This class is excellent for all
fitness levels.
Yoga Core:
Think Power…. Flow….
Stretch…. Yoga Core. Hatha style power yoga that slowly flows
from one pose to another. This continual movement creates a
challenging workout while lengthening the body. Beginners welcome!
Strength & Endurance Classes
Cardio Sculpt:
Whether your goal is to get
a SIX PACK or lose a SPARE TIRE? This 60 minute class pack with
core exercises and cardio intervals will help you reach your
fitness goal. Expect to sweat!!
Cycle Sculpt:
This is an exercise class
geared to REV you up. you will burn calories while building strength
and endurance. This fun class is great for clients looking for
variety and to get LEAN!! Expect to combine Spinning with
plyometrics, Core & Balance Moves.

Power Sculpt:
A challenging muscular
endurance and strengthening class for the entire body using free
weights, cable pulleys, weight machine circuits and swiss balls.
This cross training program will burn fat, develop sleek muscular
definition and balance.
This is an
advanced class– 4 personal training or semi private sessions are
required for new clients to learn the basic principles of lifting.
During your initial consultation your trainer will discuss which
introduction package would be best for your specific goals
Power Punch:
If
you are looking a Kick Butt Cardio Class… We have it!! This
kickboxing class is all about the BURN!! You can not spot
reduce., but you can spot improve! Burn the FAT and Build that
Muscle and Tone!! You will have fun while melting off that extra
Fat!!
