We specialize in functional and traditional training and use innovative techniques that develop both major muscles and critical smaller muscles that support your core.

Our personalized programs will challenge your body to work as a whole from head to toe, helping you gain motor coordination, strength, endurance, and range of motion to take your fitness to the next level.

We offer 3 types of personal training:

1:1 Training

A full 60 minutes of one-on-one personal training. We generally recommend at least one session per week.

Partner Training

Split the cost with a work-out buddy and have more fun in the process. Similar to one-on-one training, but there's another person with you during your training time. This is usually a friend or loved one who can help keep you motivated and accountable—same as you'll do for them, right?

Semi-Private Training

Our semi-private training is a great way to get in shape and connect with other people who want to get fit and have fun. A small group of 3 or 4 people provides support and encouragement. You can sign up as part of a group, or let us match you with other clients.
