Debby has been involved in sports and fitness since she first stepped foot on a soccer field at age 6 and found her place with all the other muddy little girls. For the past 30 years, Debby has been playing hard. Whether it is on the soccer or softball field, summiting Mt. Rainier, or trail running along the Snoqualmie Valley Trail, Debby is training toward a goal.
Debby sees her personal fitness as a lifelong mission for total health and wellness. Each year she bites off a new challenge that encourages her to learn and grow. A few years ago she surprised her clients by competing in the Emerald Cup Figure Competition. This required going on stage in front of hundreds and strutting her stuff in a small bikini and heels. These experiences inspire Debby's clients to take chances and challenge their fears. "Confidence cannot be given, it must be earned."
Debby's passion for training clients is fueled by helping each client gain that confidence in their fitness. Most clients are skeptical if they will reach their goal. Debby motivates each client to succeed with their fitness program. It is a team effort to make the program work with any lifestyle or physical challenges. She uses her background in sports, strength training, Pilates and Yoga to assist her in developing custom programs for each client.

Kim enjoys helping everyday people get fit and learn how to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle. She's also no stranger to the weight loss struggle. As a child she was always on the chubby side and knows what it's like to grow up fat. "Lack of exercise and knowledge of how to exercise properly made me too intimidated to work out. I felt I was too fat to exercise. Not to mention my eating habits were horrible. Eating out a lot and consistently making bad food choices made me feel really bad about myself. I really just let everything go and by the time I was 20 I weighed over 200 pounds. I had no energy or self-esteem and felt a tremendous amount of guilt and hopelessness."
At the age of 21, and with the help of a personal trainer, Kim was able to lose the weight along with her negative self image. "For the first time in my life I felt really good about myself and what I was able to accomplish. And I was hooked."
Prior to becoming a personal trainer, Kim went to culinary school in Portland, OR, and then worked her way up to sous chef at Yarrow Bay Beach Cafe in Kirkland, WA. Kim's love of cooking and healthy eating make her a wonderful resource for helping you reach your fitness and lifestyle goals.
Kim specializes in coaching women to make time for themselves. "With two kids I get that life is full and there is always something to be done. I want to help people realize that taking time to be fit and healthy is not a selfish thing to do, especially when it allows us to live a better life and show the people we love how important our health really is."

Learn more about our Sports Conditioning Camps for young athletes.
I have been coaching children’s sports for 5 years, developing young players in basketball, soccer and baseball. As a coach of younger athletes, I focus on laying a strong foundation of skills and character to help ensure future athletic success. Teaching young players how to train and play hard as individual athletes and as part of team, while still making sure the experience of sports and physical fitness are positive, are absolutely critical in the early stages of developing a strong athlete. Balance, eye-hand coordination, and the vision to see the passing and scoring opportunities are key skills I look to develop early in young athletes that I coach.
I have been involved in athletics my entire life and am blessed that my current job affords me the luxury of working with young athletes as a high school teacher and coach. I teach World History to sophomores and also serve as an assistant coach for both the football and boys' basketball teams at Oak Harbor High School. I also spent seven years as a high school head varsity boys' basketball coach.
My goal as a coach is to challenge every player to perform at their highest level. Each of us is capable of pushing ourselves a bit harder than we can imagine, and I feel it is my responsibility to help young athletes learn to do that.
