For the past two decades, Joe has
been inspiring people to get FIT. His start came while serving in
the US Army where he became an instructor and leader to fellow
soldiers. Joe excelled quickly to become his battalion Physical
Fitness Instructor and was certified a Master Fitness Trainer for
the US Army. During this period he was responsible for the physical
fitness and weight management of hundreds of soldiers. The
success and personal reward he received from this experience was the
spark Joe needed--he then carried on his mission to teach others a
better way of life by becoming a Fitness Trainer.
Joe became known as "the sculptor"
of bodies, and in 1995 opened his first fitness studio in Sammamish.
Since then he has continued training hundreds more people in all
levels of fitness and physical condition. Joe provides a well
balanced training regiment incorporating the fundamentals of
strength training with integrated philosophies of core strength and
posture alignment.
Joe has an extensive background in
sports therapy and pre/post surgery rehabilitation. What makes Joe's
training style unique is the emphasis on education and teaching each
client about their own bodies. Joe ensures that each client is aware
of proper alignment, kinesiology, and mental focus before they start
lifting weights. With knowledge and awareness as a foundation, his
clients advance quickly and safely with amazing results.
Joe's training schedule is full all
the time for a reason! He is truly an innovative, whole body fitness
and lifestyle trainer. His custom training program is the philosophy
behind Sculptor Fitness. He requires that all the trainers have
passion to teach and motivate each client, and provide personalized
programs that are appropriate for every fitness level and goal. He
combines different techniques and methods (weight training,
plyometrics, calisthenics, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, boxing) to bring
clients to their goal. He believes in diversity, moderation,
education and hard work.
"Everything is possible. We only
have to put our mind to it." This is Joe's philosophy -- and he will
provide you with an individual, professional, fun and safe exercise
program to prove it!

Debby has been involved in sport
and fitness since she was 6 years old when she stepped foot on the
soccer field and found her place with all the other muddy little
girls. For the past 30 years Debby has been playing hard. Whether it
is on the soccer or softball field, summiting Mt. Rainier, or trail
running along the Snoqualmie Valley Trail, Debby is training toward
a goal.
Debby sees her personal fitness as
a lifelong mission for total health and wellness. Each year she
bites off a new challenge that encourages her to learn and grow. Two
years ago she surprised her clients by competing in the Emerald Cup
Figure Competition. This required her to go on stage in front of
hundreds and strut her stuff in a small bikini and heels. These
experiences inspire Debby's clients to take chances and challenge
their fears. "Confidence cannot be given -- it must be earned."
Debby's passion for training
clients is fueled by helping each client gain that confidence in
their fitness. Most clients are skeptical if they will reach their
goal. Debby motivates each client to succeed with their fitness
program. It is a team effort to make the program work with any
lifestyle or physical challenges. She uses her background in sports,
strength training, Pilates and Yoga to assist her in developing
custom programs for each client.

Jennifer
Good
As a child
Jen loved being outside and was an avid skier and swimmer. Her
passion for health and fitness led her to get a Biology degree from
Penn State University. After moving across the country, she found
an increased joy in hiking and biking.
Once friends
and family started to be diagnosed with cancer Jen took on a whole
new attitude towards fitness. It sunk in that none of us are
invincible. “We only have one body so we better take care of it.”
In supporting a friend who wanted to participate in a triathlon
after her chemo Jen took up running. Running was something Jen
always said “she couldn’t do”. With determination, training, and
patience she found that she could run. Both Jen and her friend
participated and completed the Issaquah Triathlon. Needing a goal
to help keep the running going, Jen turned her sites on the Seattle
½ Marathon. This tested her physically and emotionally. “Being a
mom it is hard to put yourself first. It was hard to tell the kids
no I can’t play I’m going for my long run today. However, it was
nice to see how proud of me my kids were when I crossed the finish
line.”
In completing
those events it brought home the point that once you put your mind
to it you can do anything. Since then Jen has been helping friends,
family, and clients accomplish their fitness goals. She believes
that you have to choose to lead a healthy active life. Once YOU
make that decision she is ready to put together a fun and
challenging program to help you achieve YOUR GOALS.

While an active participant in sports
throughout his school years, Greg discovered his love for running
while in college…and he has been running ever since. Greg’s workout
is a gift he tries to give himself each day. As the years
progressed he graduated from 5ks to half-marathons to marathons to
ultra distance racing. Having competed in the Marathon Des Sables
(150 mile self-supported stage race) and the Trailwalkers races,
Greg is now training for the Atacama Desert race in August of 2007.
You can follow Greg’s training progress online at
http://racingtheplanet.com/competitors/
greg-manciagli.asp. If you want to catch him pulling a tire
around the Sammamish Plateau, look for him early on Sunday mornings.
Much like training for the
ultra distance races, Greg knows that achieving goals requires
patience, dedication and a plan. Greg looks forward to working with
clients to set new goals, work toward those goals and finally,
achieve them.

Kimberly Morell
Kimberly Morell is a Personal trainer
who enjoys helping everyday people get fit and learn how to live a
healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Kim is no stranger to the weight loss
struggle. As a child she was always on the chubby side and has first
hand knowledge of what it’s like to grow up fat. “Throughout my high
school years my weight seemed to balance out. Then I moved out and
put on the classic freshmen 15, only in my case it was 30. Lack of
exercise and knowledge of how to exercise properly made me too
intimidated to work out. I felt I was too fat to exercise. Not to
mention my eating habits were horrible. Eating out a lot and
consistently making bad food choices made me feel really bad about
myself. I really just let everything go and by the time I was 20 I
weighed over 200 pounds. I had no energy or self-esteem and felt a
tremendous amount of guilt and hopelessness”.
At the age of 21 with the help of a
personal trainer, Kim was able to loose the weight along with her
negative self image. “For the first time in my life I felt really
good about myself and what I was able to accomplish. And I was
hooked”
Prior to starting her career as a
personal trainer Kim went to Culinary school in Portland, OR where
she graduated from Western Culinary Institute with High Honors and
went on to work at Yarrow Bay Beach Café in Kirkland, WA. In a
little over a year Kim worked her way up to Sous Chef. Kim’s Love of
cooking and healthy eating make her a wonderful resource for helping
you reach your fitness and lifestyle goals.
Kim specializes in coaching women to
make time for themselves. “With two kids I get that life is full and
there is always something to be done. I want to help people realize
that taking time to be fit and healthy is not a selfish thing to do
especially when it allows us to live a better life and, by example
show the people we love how important our health really is.”
